Terms of Service

All project specifications, development phases, deliverables, and timelines are detailed explicitly within individual project proposals or technical contracts agreed upon prior to project initiation.

Unless specified otherwise in your project contract, intellectual property rights, source code ownership, and database architecture developed for clients are fully transferred upon successful receipt of final project clearance and payments.

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, assets, hosting access details (when required), and contents vital for the design and completion of the digital solution within agreed timeframes.

MRS Infotech Private Limited is not liable for data structural changes, security breaches resulting from external third-party plug-ins chosen by the client, or server downtime experienced via external hosting choices post-handover.
