Project Initiation Fees

Advance retainers or discovery phase initial milestones are utilized to allocate design schedules, system engineering resources, and setup servers. These deposits are generally non-refundable once design configurations or database mappings have begun.

Milestone Cancellations

If a project is halted or canceled during active modules by mutual written understanding, refunds will be evaluated symmetrically, calculating actual development hours logged against total payments cleared up to that milestone phase.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Direct domain registration and processing costs.
  • Third-party commercial API licenses or premium templates bought on client behalf.
  • Completed, live production code fully hosted on client properties.
